The Board of Directors is premier body at Vanguard responsible for the foundation, function and oversight of the institutional strategy and priorities. The board set up high-level policies and monitors overall management. The board is also responsible for raising and allocating of capital, for monitoring of the institutional operations, for taking critical decisions and for building long-term sustainable academic and financial system. The Board set up policies, review its implementation, strategize long term goals and ensure desired performance of the institution.

The Board of advisors works as a think tank and provides for the intellectual growth of the institution. The members of Board of Directors are appointed by the Board of Directors for an extendable period of One year. The Board of Advisors include industry professionals, eminent scholars, local community representative’s, civil society and leading entrepreneurs. This combination of intelligentsia brought novel ideas to Mindverse for development of intellectual culture, positive campus and progressive mindset. The Board holds quarterly meetings and submit its recommendations to Board of Directors for further implementation.
